Before You Schedule
- In-person appointments are by appointment only. Walk-ins are not available.
- The most efficient way to apply for benefits or resolve claim issues remains the PFL benefits portal or by calling our contact center at (202) 899-3700. In-person appointments are intended for situations that require additional support beyond what those channels can provide.
- Appointments scheduled for services other than Paid Family Leave will be canceled.
New appointment slots are released every two weeks.
