The Office of Paid Family Leave is now providing in-person services, by appointment only. The Tax and Benefits Divisions will be holding these appointments within the American Job Center (AJC) at DOES Headquarters. If you need assistance with information about the program or general inquiries, such as: SEI registration, account inquiries, filing a new claim for benefits, or assistance with an existing claim, click here to schedule an appointment. New appointments will be made available every Friday at 10 a.m.
