The Office of Paid Family Leave (OPFL) invites healthcare professionals to learn more about the benefits of the DC Paid Family Leave program. As trusted members of the community, your knowledge of how the program impacts your work and patients is critical. 

Specifically designed for health and medical professionals, join OPFL on Thursday, March 4 from 1:30 p.m.-2:30 p.m. 

*All are welcome who would like to learn more about DC Paid Family Leave.

The DC Paid Family Leave Act offers:

• 8 weeks to bond with a new child
• 6 weeks of family leave to care for an ill family member with a serious health condition
• 2 weeks of personal medical leave
