The District will administer paid leave benefits to eligible DC workers. All are encouraged to join, especially human resources professionals, to learn how the program impacts you and your teams.

- Overview of benefits
- Filing claims
- DC requirements for employers
The DC Paid Family Leave Act offers:
- 8 weeks to bond with a new child
- 6 weeks of family leave to care for an ill family member with a serious health condition
- 2 weeks personal medical leave
